By submitting a listing or completing a payment, you agree to these terms.
The service
SEO Outbid sells a position on a public paid-placement leaderboard. Position is determined by confirmed cumulative payment totals and may change whenever another listing bids more. We do not promise traffic, leads, sales, search ranking, continued availability, or a particular duration at any rank.
Your authority and content
You confirm that you are legally able to pay and that the submitted destination may lawfully be advertised. You grant us permission to display its public name, description, domain, favicon, and social image. You must not submit content that infringes rights, deceives users, distributes malware, or violates the Rules.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, confirmed placements are final and non-refundable because public placement begins when payment confirms. Taxes may be collected where configured or legally required. Chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent transactions may cause the associated bid increment to be reversed.
Moderation
We may reject, edit metadata for, suspend, or remove a listing to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Removal for a violation does not automatically create a right to refund.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, changes in rank, third-party destinations, payment-provider interruptions, or expected traffic that does not materialize. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to SEO Outbid during the preceding twelve months.
